- You can use your existing eRe-Vu credentials or use "forgot password?" link to generate ActiDesk password. For the very first login this is a mandatory step to proceed.
- Please note that username (your MnM email in lower case) should not contain any leading and trailing spaces.
- Common login errors :
- Username is incorrect - Please check the username and re-enter. Please type instead of copy paste.
- Password is incorrect - Password entered is incorrect. Please re-enter or consider changing it by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’, in case the issue persists.
- Please try clearing 54.209.12.44 site's cache and cookie for a quick fix.
